STEAM STORE PAGE UP! AND CHANGELOG v1.1 RC3

Also, release candidate 3 (v1.1) is now out to testers on steam. Here's what's new!

• Boost is now replenished by drafting, drifting, braking and doing burnouts instead of constantly replenishing.
• New boostbar graphics in races
• New nicer looking buttons on main menu and league screen.
• New player marker under cars to more clearly show which cars are the players'.
• New aggressiveness icons to AI drives.
• New fonts for cleaner UI and better readability, especially on times during a race which "jumped" before.
• New ability to choose upgrade level on cars in custom races.
• Improved career AI to buy cars and upgrades more cleverly.
• Balanced AI to give them less advantage on higher difficulties.
• Balanced XP and cash gain in career races to give the player more choice where to put the money.
• Tweaked default volumes for sounds.
• Capped steam leaderboard name lengths.
• Fixed issues with particle effects on low framerates.
• Fixed issues with some sound options and previews not saving or playing
• Fixed issues with custom AI portraits.
• Fixed music message appearing at the start of a race.
• Fixed checkpoints on several tracks which could cause you to accidently miss laps.
• Fixed issues with custom event and local race options sometimes reverting to previous values. Fixed achievements menu showing when steam is not available.
• Fixed issues with back-button hotkeys not responding after a race.
• Fixed leaderboards not rerendering old records when revisiting the screen.
• Fixed several stats-related issues post-race.
• Fixed issue where opponents failed to show up to races.
• Fixed crash related to opponent file lookups.
• Fixed ghost car rendering. It's now buttery smooth again!
• Fixed several minor UI issues.

This fixes all known major bugs and introduces a few new cool things like the new boost system. Another round of testing and I hope we're ready for a early 2017 early access release.
