This is it. This will be the launch version of Roadclub. I can't believe its finally time to exit early access and launch the game into the wild as a released title!
Roadclub will be launched January 8th 2019 - exactly 2 years since the early access launch. We thought it would be a fitting date :)
There's tons more we would have liked to do but we think 2 years in early access is more than enough. Doing everything we wanted for this game would've easily taken 10+ years. And due to recent confusion I'd like to be very clear that we haven't made any promises at all for future updates, this might be it but we'd like to do a couple more community requested things and a couple of our own ideas if time and energy allows. We're both out of holidays and will be going back to our regular jobs next week so time will again be extremely limited.
The price has also been updated to our launch price of $9.99 or your region equivalent.
As this is our equivalent of a Day 1 patch there won't be much new but we managed to polish a bit more and fix some important issues and add some new mist FX when racing on wet tarmac.
We will release a launch trailer later this weekend. Stay tuned!

It's been a while but we have really good news. Roadclub is done! We're considering this the first release candidate. We'll now be focusing on your final feedback round from playing this update. We really need your help testing this one because it might be the build being played by everyone buying the game after launch. This means that we will only fix game-breaking bugs like crashes and progress impeding issues and maybe a few UI issues.
Please also note as per our Early Access policy the price will increase to full price ($9.99) to prepare for launch after the autumn sale.
So, hope you'll all enjoy playing this build, I had a ton of fun testing this one. I played the career mode all the way through a couple of times the past few weeks and it seems to work well and be stable enough.
But, again, we really need your input on this one so play away and let us know of any glaring omissions. We'll reveal our internal release date soon if all seems well with this one but it looks like very early 2019 right now.
As always, post feedback in discussions or join our discord[discord.gg] and post there. We want to hear everything you think about the game and the update, big or small, crash or annoyance!
See ya soon!
See what I did there? Anyway, surprise! Our small hotfix update turned into a pretty packed regular update! We've worked incredibly hard on improving the game performance in this update. Some low-end hardware might even see 200% increases in framerate! We've also made race versions of a couple of tracks improved a few other tracks with more details and destruction and given collision FX and the feel of racing on loose surface an audio overhaul. There's even more so check the full notes below!
